1. The closing date for the promotion is 30th October 2009.
2. The Competition prize draw will take place on 09th November 2009. The winner shall be notified within 5 days of the prize draw taking place and will be published on the Kumuka Worldwide website homepage and in the following issue of Venture.
3. Total Prize value is nine hundred and eighteen Great British Pounds, and consists of one place on the Fiji Action & Relaxation – AUFJ1 tour. Prize does not include flights, airport taxes, pre/post tour accommodation, optional activities, visas or travel insurance.
4. The total prize must be taken before 09th November 2010
5. The promoter accepts no responsibility for currency exchange equivalents for winners outside the UK.
6. The promoter reserves the right to publish the winners name on the website and within any Kumuka publication without obtaining any further consent
7. Entry is based on subscription to ‘Venture’ magazine and monthly e-newsletter, and remaining subscribed for 6 months, or by purchasing a Kumuka Tour during the promotional period.
8. The prize featured cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
9. The competition is not open to employees of Kumuka or their appointed agents or families.

13. Entrants into the Competition must be aged 18-70 years

17. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-redeemable for cash

19. Tours are subject to availability and seasonal restrictions, and at the promoter’s discretion
20. Eligible subscriptions must contain the subscriber’s full name, current address and valid email address.
21. Tours cannot be gifted to other persons in lieu of the winner not being able to travel. Should the winner not be able to complete all tours within the period of prize validity, the remaining tours shall be forfeited without any replacement for their value.
