Southern Africa Explored - Laura Robinson
Fantastic company.
Seeing the dessert, Camping in the Okovango, beaches of Mozambique Kumuka is the best travel company I have gone with. The staff are fun and open, the system used to run the tour is excellent and you get excellent value for money. The trucks are also a bonus, great travel vehicles. I will use Kumuka for my future travels.

Thank you to Mufaro for providing me with a wonderful experience on my trip to Africa - I loved every moment of it and will be a great memory of my 30th birthday! Mufaro went out of his way to ensure that everyone was happy and is an asset to Kumuka Africa. Would happily travel with Kumuka again!

Joanne was a perfect tour leader, lots of energy and enthusiasm. I would definitely go another tour with her. With Val coming towards the end of the 8 week tour, again he was very knowledgeable and interesting person to meet.

Rift Valley Wildlife - Caroline Pelchat
This was a great trip that I would recommend to anyone. I learned tremendously in a short period of time and I am still reflecting on it. Noah, our cook went above and beyond to provide us with fantastic meals (most importantly, lots of precautions were taken so that no one got sick !). I came back with memories that I will cherish forever.

For me, the trip (ME3) and dealing with Kumuka were both excellent. I was provided with enough information prior to the trip (on the website and over the phone). Kumuka were always helpful and well informed. The trip was excellent. Of particular note were the leader (Neil), the tours he organised and the truck (new to Kumuka). Neil inspired confidence, always had a plan B (and in all probability a plan C) and struck a great balance between firm leadership and good humour. I thought Neil did a good job catering given the conditions and equipment available to him. The tours at the individual sites were all excellent, informative and with good guides. I also really liked the group. The only aspect of the trip I didn't like was sharing a tent (hardly Kumuka's fault). In future I would plan to bring my own one man tent. So, no complaints from me. I would like to do the same sort of holiday again. Many thanks for a great trip.

Kumuka is an experience that I will never forget. If you are deciding on a holiday I would recommend Kumuka over other Tour Operators. They are informative, have alot of knowledge and experience and they take you to fantastic sites. All up the Kumuka experience is like no other.

We have just completed our holidays in Europe. We booked Kumuka on the European Medley 19 day tour for part of our holidays in Europe. It was great to know we did not have to worry about getting from place to place or even worry about checking in - so we could just enjoy the journey and each destination - a notable comparison with the remainder of the holiday were we had to worry about train, plane and bus timetables, booking accomodation and hoping it would be ok. It was a fantastic experience - the rest of our travel group were fun, hotels were great, tour guides were insightful and encouraged a relaxed and fun atmosphere. We were also impressed with our driver - Mike's skills on the sometimes narrow and windy roads. Wayne and Anita Lawrence

Muzib went way above and beyond the call of duty on this tour. He was always on hand to answer any questions and provide insight and information of the local culture. One of the group got very bad dermatitis and he was able to act on his own initiative immediately to get her to a recognised specialist in Udaipur and she recovered very quickly. If all tour guides are as good with Kumuka then you will have us on your tours for many years to come. We join up with the Asian Explorer tour on 30th of March so will let you know!!! Highlights included enjoying Muzibs commentary and the group dynamic as a whole. Walking though the mist before sunrise to see the Taj Mahal and seeing its stunning beauty so early ...magic. Our experience of Kumuka left us speechless. Not only was the tour and all the wonderful places we visited amazing, Muzib our tour guide went to great lengths to ensure we all mixed togetherand skilled up on the culture..(330 million hindu gods!) This has without doubt been one of the best travelling experiences of our lives. Well Done Muzib and congratulations to Kumuka on this fantastic package you are offering.
