She is so caring,supportive and has incredibly efficient organising skills. She was always bright and cheerful no matter how early our starts were. At 56 and with rapidly advancing arthritis I felt that this trip was going to be perhaps "my last hurrah" at doing any adventurous and challenging activities and Jackie was always there supporting and encouraging me. She will never fully appreciate how much that meant to me. She was always interested in every member of the group and how she could make the trip better for them. She made the trip one we will never forget!!!
