| Protests in Peru: Widespread protests and roadblocks in Peru have been causing disruption to our tour itineraries. Having sought the advice of our local partners and crew in Peru, we have been informed that local protests have at times turned violent. As a consequence of these protests and in order to protect the safety and security of clients and crew, it may be necessary to modify parts of our tour itineraries at extremely short notice. Due to the unpredictable nature, location and duration of these protests, clients will be kept informed by their Tour Leader of any developments or situations which may affect the tour which they are travelling on. Any decision to modify our tour itineraries will be taken in conjunction with our Operations Department and / or UK Foreign Office travel advice. |

| Changes to Kumuka tour pricing: Kumuka Worldwide have recently made some changes to their tour pricing to comply with ACCC legislation in Australia which came into effect on the 25th of May 2009. The changes mean that Kumuka will no longer have separate tour funds and local payments, and in effect they have now been merged into one single tour price. Due to currency considerations the total price in some cases may be higher than the tour price and local payment added together. For more information scroll down to the link below. |
| Mexico Swine Flu Update: The UK Foreign Office is no longer advising against all non essential travel to Mexico. This follows a decline in the number of reported new swine influenza cases in Mexico since its peak on 26 April 2009 although obviously all visitors should continue to take precautions to avoid exposure to Swine Flu.
All tours after 10.07.09 will be running through Mexico as normal.
To avoid inconveniencing clients who will likely have made alternative arrangements, tours CA0013 (28.06.09 - 10.07.09) and CAC3R (18.06.09 - 10.07.09) will still finish in Belize City as re-scheduled. |
